ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
Amasya University is a state university established in Amasya with the Law Numbered 5467 on the foundation of 15 new universities which is published in Official Gazette numbered 26111 on 17 March 2006. With its experienced staff, dynamic and competent instructors, national and international dignity, with its region, industry, non-governmental organizations... etc., in short, integrated with all internal and external stakeholders, as a contemporary university open to innovations on being "Brand University of Brand City” with "All together further..." slogan, our university has achieved considerable distances in a short time. At Amasya University, institutional values are built with a participatory understanding carried on by a learning organization model and focus orientated management system. In this context, to be a University of International standards; The policy of education and research is structured by focusing on providing the best benefit to our country in accordance with national policies. In our university education programs, it is aimed to educate individuals who are researching, questioning, criticizing, responsible, taking initiative and having empathy skills. Amasya University, with historical mission and responsibility of Amasya, is a university where academic, technological and cultural success is aimed to be proved in regional, national and international fields and is an educational institution which will try to be among the world universities with its modern, art, scientific management, education and teaching concept without compromising its basic values.
